Jim Balsbaugh joined Premier Title Agency as Senior Vice President of Commercial and Developer Services. He is a title industry veteran since 1983 with a diversified background in commercial and residential escrow, builder services, title search and examination, underwriting, and Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 qualified intermediary services. His experience provides a comprehensive understanding of the real estate process to assist customers with all aspects of sale, loan and development transactions. Jim strives to provide exemplary service and his attention to detail and innovative problem solving skills have earned him a stellar reputation in the real estate community. He has been integrally involved in the development of many high profile projects throughout the State of Arizona. His community involvement include serving on the Board of Directors and as past Chair for Southwestern Business Financing Corporation, an SBA certified development corporation, as well as past and present memberships in the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial Office Parks, Homebuilders Association of Central Arizona, Arizona Commercial Mortgage Bankers Association and the Central Arizona CCIM Chapter. Jim earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
