Rich Newton joined Premier Title Agency as Vice President - Commercial Escrow Services. Rich began his title industry career in 2005 mentoring under a high profile and well respected commercial escrow officer with another company. Rich is well versed in closing all types of commercial and residential sales including office, industrial, multifamily, mobile home parks, vacant land and bulk builder lot sales. His skill set includes effective and timely communication, creative problem solving, work flow prioritization and the ability to navigate challenging underwriting issues in order to complete complicated commercial and developer transactions. Rich’s strong work ethic along with his understanding of the importance of every transaction helped to create his reputation as a fast, efficient and accurate escrow officer. In his off time, Rich enjoys golf and other sports activities. Rich and his wife Bridget reside in Chandler, Arizona.
